 Verify-It on demand Agent Recording

Now you can with Verify-It, software designed for recording conversations 'On Demand'. The software can be setup to allow either the agents to record critical portions of conversations as required or supervisors to record all agent conversations without agent intervention. Recordings can be stored locally on the PC or on the LAN for playback at any time. Easily email wav files to customers, supervisors, help desk employees or anyone who requires verification of a conversation.

  • All recordings are stored digitally as Windows .wav files. This means they can be saved to a CD-ROM or E-Mailed.

  • Recordings can be saved locally on the agent's PC or on the LAN.

  • Verify-It can be used for any application where agent recording is essential.

  • Verify-It provides complete agent control where the agent can initiate recording, stop recording and name the recording.

  • All recordings are Voice Activated and compressed (Microsoft GSM 6.10) to save disk space. For each one hundred and fifty hours of conversation 1GB of disk space is required on the server.

  • Verify-It operates in Interactive Mode (show below) or can be "built-in" to any application to provide a seamless integrated recording solution.

  • Verify-It's customer friendly licensing provides either an individual license or concurrent use corporate license, whereby many agents can share a common software license.

Unlike traditional Quality Monitoring software systems that randomly record calls on a scheduled basis such as calls per agent\month, Verify-It is triggered in real time to monitor a single call as needed. It can also be configured to record all calls (in one hour blocks of time) or can be linked to your CRM software whereby the start\stop record function can be triggered by you CRM software (and subsequently link to the customer's CRM record).  Either method assures that all recordings will be preserved and any situation can be located for replay. 

 

 Interactive Mode

 

When operated in Interactive Mode Verify-It is appears on the agent's desktop as a small floating button. When the button is "Red" the system is in stand-by mode. To begin recording just click the "Red Button" and it immediately turns "Green", this indicates that the system is recording. To save a recording just click the "Green" button and a file "Reference Box" allows the agent to provide their own unique "long filename" reference to the call.

For Example, the agent would provide a reference to the call "Sales Inquiry New Customer" and Verify-It would save the file as LRH_Sales_Inquiry_New_Customer-011202-0924.wav, where the LRH is the agent's initials, Sales... is the call reference and 011202-0924 is the date\time the file was recorded. This makes it very easy to find any call using Windows Explorer.

 

 Stealth Mode

 

When operated in Stealth Mode Verify-It is appears on the agent's desktop as a small floating button but the button is “Green” and cannot be turned off by the agent. Recording is constant providing 100% recording of all calls set up for a period of time (i.e. 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM).  Recordings are named and saved by date. This makes it very easy to find any call using Windows Explorer.
